The Mommy Files: Passover Cooking
This morning on NPR, I heard a story about a family making Matzolah, a now commercially sold granola made with matzo.
And it got me thinking about cooking for Passover.
Then when I started poking around, I realized there’s actually quite a bit of food cooked using the staple ingredient of matzo.
Of course, my first stop was the Martha Stewart website … because, well, Martha has food for everyone. And she came through like a champ, with 20 Passover desert recipes that look delish!

Frankly, I might top it all off with this dark chocolate, coconut, banana, vegan matzah brei! Yum …
