Since we don’t have cable anymore and I’ve never been a fan of reality TV anyway, I don’t really know much about the Kardashians.
However, I’m happy to report that Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe’s Khroma Beauty makeup line is worth checking out.
One thing I hate about wearing makeup is trying to figure out what shades “go” together. I adore all-in-one palettes like Khloe’s Kardazzle because they take all of the guesswork out of figuring out what to buy.
The top of the palette holds eight eye shadows with four matte shades and four shimmer shades. The bottom of the palette holds a blush, highlighter, and bronzer. The entire palette is small enough to easily slip inside your purse for on-the-go touchups.
I am very fair skinned, but I feel like this palette should work on a wide range of skin tones. They are very subtle, which is a shock since the Kardashians made their fortune being as outrageous as possible.
Some of the reviews I’ve seen of this product online claimed that the colors weren’t pigmented enough to stay on for a long time.
I can’t compare this product to pricier makeup brands like the Urban Decay shadows, but it seems comparable to the Maybelline, CoverGirl, and L’Oreal products that I’ve tried. I would suggest using some sort of primer if you’re worried about it staying on all day, however.
I was lucky enough to snag one of these during the after Christmas sales for just $4, but even at $12.99 it’s still a relative bargain.
