Baby Undersocks: Socks That Stay On

It’s been a while since my babies were, well, babies. But I do remember that keeping socks together and on baby feet wasn’t easy. Those socks were like kittens, each staying put only when you didn’t really care, and scattering when it was time for a good washing.

And, as a new mom of an infant, I was forever worrying if she was warm enough. She could have been bundled in four layers and within easy reach of a blanket while INDOORS playing near the cozy FIRE and I’d still worry if she was warm enough. It’s a miracle she didn’t overheat!

I heard of this new product called Baby Undersocks. Imagine long johns with real socks attached.

Pretty cool. And useful. Wish I had these way back when so I could have wrapped my baby in five layers!

These are really cute and look like they would really work! Socks are so hard to keep track of. It’s the worst when your out and about and your baby looses one sock and everyone freaks out as you walk by. Do you know your baby only has on one sock? They say lol

I have two pairs of these for my 1 year old. Its nice to not be re-putting on socks a million or more times a day. Also nice to not be searching for socks in the car after little dude throws them out of the car seat. He wears them inside the house cause our basement is already getting cold. SILs having a baby soon and Im thinking of getting her a pair. She lives up north.

Smart for moms, frustrating for babies? I can see them pulling and pulling at their toes trying to get these off! Ha, fooled by a smart mommy!

Just remember to take them off so your baby can feel the nice cool air between their little sweet toes! Ahhh, the relief of being barefoot again! :)

I think this is such a creative solution. Honestly, i let my babies go without socks. why should i trouble them and myself? Only for fancy occasions, when my baby better not arrive bare foot, i dress them. for those occasions, this sock would be perfect.

Seriously? not only unattractive but seriously stupid. UMMM… sleepers do the same job. WOW… I cannot believe people would waste good money on something so ugly and so ridiculous. People are starving and you are all bored.

I think they are cute. Plus, I prefer to take my baby out in real clothes instead of sleepers that say “I am too lazy to dress my baby before going out in public.”
